    预估预收运费：国际邮费的标准是首磅8美.续磅4.5美，（电子产品，手表，金银首饰除外），【1磅=454G】。由于我们无法获知该物品的实际重量，因此一般情况下按照网页描述重量进行预估预收，但最终包裹重量按国际快递过秤后为准，运费也按实际重量结算，多退少补。实际重量按其内部系统过秤为准，如对重量有意见，请到货后大家自行称量一下。

    包裹发出后，需要退/补运费的，我们将通知客户。如果客户不补运费，本店将诉求仲裁。

    关于退货：由于海外代购的特殊性所有物品一旦订购之后是不予退换货（如特殊情况退货和换货来回的运费等所有费用都是买家自行承担）。如遇到美国供应商不接受退货的物品，那店主也没有办法，所以各位在购买之前一定要考虑清楚。

    物流查询：成交后本店会在48小时内订货。一般2-3个工作日后发快递，买家可以在相关的国际快递网站查询。支付宝确认付款问题由于跨国代购所需时间较长，因此本店会在客户未收到货前一直延长收货时间，客户不用担心支付宝会自动付款，解决您的后顾之忧。
